Giclee, pronounced jhee-clay, is a state-of-the-art spray ink
reproduction process that allows for very precise fine art printing and
is considered one of the best techniques for reproducing original works
of art. Boasted as “99 year inks,” my images are printed using up to
eight archival pigment inks on high quality substrates to create a
stable and fade resistant piece of fine art.
Each edition will be limited in size.
Editions printed on Premium Luster Paper are mounted and matted using
acid free materials. When framed, UV-protective glass can prolong the
life of the inks for hundreds of years.
Canvas prints are coated with a clear UV-protective varnish, hand
stretched over sturdy wooden stretcher bars, and stapled on the back
allowing the giclee to embody the ambiance and character of the original
painting.
